Dulwich Haru - meet these three members of our community

We published the latest edition of our Dulwich Haru newsletter, which tells the stories of our community members - Annie R in Year 3, our Head of Science Mr Sancho Cheung and parent Ms Zimie Rim. You can read about their fascinating personal stories by clicking on the thumbnails below.

 

Annie is a student in Year 3 and attends Dulwich College Seoul with her two brothers Carter (Year 4) and Ben (Reception). Annie enjoys swimming, PE and art. She is very proud about making the Dulwich Seal Pups swim team this year.

Sancho joined us in 2017 as Head of Science, specialising in physics, biology and chemistry. He holds degrees in Physics (from Imperial College London) and Secondary Science Education (from Homerton College, University of Cambridge) as well as a Masters in Education (from the Open University). He is passionate about improving students’ scientific literacy and loves leading them through exciting physics-based experiments.

Zimie Rim's son Ian started Year 1 at Dulwich College Seoul in 2011 and is now a Year 12 IB student. As Director of the Seorae Global Village Center, a government-funded organisation, she helps to provide assistance and support to local foreign residents. The story of her father’s survival during the Korean War was turned into a major Senior School Production.
