Mark Knights
Head of Music
Mark joins us from Dulwich College Suzhou, where he has worked as a Teacher of Music since August 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Music (Hons) Music Performance degree from Canterbury Christ Church University, and a PGCE from the University of Cambridge. Mark has worked in the UK and China as a classroom teacher, instrumental specialist and Pastoral Leader across Junior and Senior Schools. He has taught a range of curricula, including IB, GCSE and A Level, and is committed to teaching a balanced and broad curriculum across younger years, with a heavy emphasis on practical and active learning. Outside of work, Mark has a range of hobbies and interests, including playing racquet sports, photography, reading and travelling.
