After taking an English degree at King's College, Cambridge, Rosie worked in business for three years before completing a PGCE in English and Drama at the Institute of Education in London and a few years later, a MA in International Education at Oxford Brookes. She has taught at Surbiton High School in London; St Paul's School in Sao Paulo, Brazil; King's College Wimbledon (London); Dulwich College Beijing and Marlborough College Malaysia. Rosie has taught English and Drama across the Year 6 to Year 13 age range over two decades, including IGCSE, IB and A Level. She has produced school magazines and drama productions. Rosie’s interests beyond the classroom include reading, theatre, yoga, cooking and travel. She is married to Headmaster, Graeme Salt, and they have two boys in school.
