Molly Lockwood

History Teacher

Molly joined us from Robert Clack School in East London. She gained her undergraduate degree in History from the University of Nottingham, and then completed her teacher training with the educational charity Teach First, earning her PGCE from the Institute of Education, UCL. Molly has been a KS3 Curriculum Coordinator (Year 7-9) for the past three years and is interested in curriculum design. She also took on the role of Acting Head of Department in the last academic year. Molly has experience in teaching all year groups from Year 7 to Year 13. Beyond the classroom, she loves visiting museums and art galleries when she has the time. Molly has a keen interest in travel, having spent a year travelling in Asia and Australia after university and even trekking in Uganda to see the gorillas! She is joined by her husband, Mike.
