Exceptional IGCSE Results 2025
This year’s IGCSE results were again a cause for celebration across our community. In addition to 73% of grades at A*–A and 92% at A*–B, there were exceptional subject outcomes, including 100% A* in Mandarin Foreign Language and 100% A*/A in Additional Mathematics, History and Art. Results in English, Mathematics and Science were equally impressive.
At Dulwich, we choose the IGCSE and GCSE pathway because it offers the strongest preparation for the IB Diploma Programme. These two-year courses combine breadth and depth of study, develop discipline and resilience, and strengthen recall through examination practice.

This strong foundation has enabled Dulwich College Seoul to consistently achieve the highest IB results in Seoul and to be recognised among the top 100 IB schools globally. In 2025, our students achieved an average of 36.5 points, well above the world average of 30.58, with 21% scoring 40 points or more and a 100% pass rate. Each year, students also achieve the maximum 45 points.
Our graduates progress to leading universities worldwide, including Ivy League institutions in the United States, Russell Group and Oxbridge universities in the United Kingdom, top Canadian universities, and prestigious institutions across Asia. This continuity of excellence from IGCSE through IB ensures our students are prepared for success at every stage.

Beyond the impressive statistics, we were proud of the individual stories of growth, perseverance and accomplishment that lay behind each grade. These ranged from enrichment successes in the performing and creative arts, sport, debate and competitions both locally and internationally, to the leadership and role-modelling demonstrated by our students.
"As Head of Senior School, I could not be more proud of the achievements of the cohort. What stands out most is not only their results but the character and confidence they have developed along the way. They have already made a positive start to their IB studies, showing the same determination and enthusiasm that led to their IGCSE success." -– Suzy Pugh, Head of Senior School
We warmly invite parents to join the IGCSE and IB parent workshops later this term, where we will share more about these programmes and how they support students on the pathway to success.
