The Ambassador Platform (TAP) Parent Ambassadors’ Lunch

Last Friday, we hosted a kick-off lunch for our TAP Parent Ambassadors, joined by our Head of College, Ms Alison Derbyshire, followed by a working session back on campus. This gathering was a wonderful opportunity for our current TAP Parent Ambassadors to welcome newly joined parents and connect as a refreshed team with Ms Helen Kim (Director of Admissions and Marketing), Mr Samuel Wigginton (Marketing Manager), and Ms Joanne Kim (Marketing Executive).

Over a delicious traditional Korean lunch, our ambassadors and staff enjoyed conversations about school life, the Dulwich experience, and the important role that parent voice plays in our community. After lunch, the group returned to campus for a follow-up session, which included filming welcome messages and discussing how to best support families through TAP.

The Ambassador Platform (TAP) allows current and prospective parents to engage in genuine conversations with volunteer members of our parent community, offering honest insights into school life at Dulwich College Seoul. One of TAP’s key features is the Content section, where our Parent Ambassadors share photos and posts offering a glimpse into life at Dulwich, fostering authentic connections that often lead to meaningful engagement.

We are deeply grateful to our Parent Ambassadors for representing our school with such warmth and enthusiasm. We have received heartfelt testimonials from prospective parents who found their conversations on TAP both reassuring and informative, particularly when preparing to relocate to a new country or seeking information about ECA programmes, the expat community, advice on admissions, and everyday life in Seoul.

While TAP is an invaluable tool for prospective families exploring Dulwich, it is also a great resource for our current Dulwich parents, especially those who have recently joined and may have questions about any aspect of life at DCSL.
