Ademola Okeowo
Pastoral Head of High School
Ademola joins us from Dubai British School Emirates Hills, where he worked for 2 years. He graduated in 2011 from University College London with a degree in Mathematics and went on to complete his PGCE at the UCL Institute of Education. Ademola taught in London for 8 years before teaching internationally. He has held the post of Head of Mathematics and was a finalist for the award of Secondary School Teacher of the Year 2021-22 in the UAE. Ademola has a diverse range of interests, including Chess, Salsa dancing, and Basketball. He has been a keen fan of basketball since his teenage years, where he played in the national league in the UK at the U16 & U18 groups, and he captained his university team through a very successful season in his final year.
